Two-Person Control [National Security] Law and Legal Definition
Two-Person Control (TPC) means the uninterrupted surveillance and control of positive control material at all times by a minimum of two authorized individuals. The individuals conducting TPC must be capable of detecting incorrect and unauthorized procedures with respect to the task being performed and should be familiar with the established security and safety requirements.
